Our nurses and home care aides visit the homes of residents of all ages in all areas of Warren County. We offer skilled nursing assistance in the homes of the ill or disabled, our home care aides provide hygiene assistance and home making services. We accept referrals from all sources including; physicians, hospitals, families or self-referrals. We will accept referrals for any person who needs our services regardless of income. Open Job Position

Seeking FT RN for position of Home Care Aide Director in our local Public Health/Home Care office. Ideal candidate will have experience in home care. Position includes training and supervising Home Care Aides and Homemakers, working a few hours most weeks seeing home care clients and being on call for home care clients every 3rd weekend. Day to day duties following orientation and completion of training in home care are mostly related to managing home care aid schedules and client/HCA needs, Quality Improvement activities, Infection Control activities and assisting director with additional duties. The person in this position has a variety of duties and computer skills are a must.

Iowa Registered Dental Assistant
As-Needed Position

Warren County Health Services I-Smile @ School Program is seeking an Iowa Registered Dental Assistant to help with our School-Based Sealant Program. This will be an as needed position during the school year for approximately 25-30 school days per year. The RDA must be
able to obtain a Public Health Supervision Agreement with a Iowa licensed Dentist and have at least one year of clinical experience. Duties will include assisting the dental hygienist with dental screenings, placement of fluoride varnish and dental sealants, and documentation of services provided. Travel is required to the designated schools in our service area of Clarke, Madison, and Warren counties. A vehicle may be provided or mileage may be reimbursed as applicable.
